  They got me a good tax return, at the cost of $500 and a month waiting before they were even filed. This is by far the longest I've ever had to wait, and about 3.5 times the most I've ever had to pay. If I take off the accountants cost from my tax return it'll be my second best. With how much travel I did and all the long days I worked plus how much taxes were taken off my wages compared to previous years this should be 1st by a long shot. I also had to call them every week as they told me "it'll only be a couple more days", "it's almost done", "it's in review", "it's almost done in review", "it'll only be another day", "oh you owe us $500 before we can file your taxes, it'll be another couple weeks", "oh you don't have half a thousand dollars just lying around? well you can make payments, after that we'll file your taxes". TO BOOT they didn't even get everything after more than a month of waiting!!! very poor place to go!
