  The staff and service was phenomenal, especially Trish. We broke down on the side of the road on a Sunday. After being towed to their location, these guys got our vehicle in instantly and took an hour to diagnose the problem (we own a GMC truck).They told us exactly what the issue was and gave us their honest opinion on how to rectify the issue (which wasnt to spend hundres of dollars to fix it right then). Our bill was less than what we were expecting, which was a nice surprise. If we are ever in Edson and need a hand we will not hesitate to come back.

  Manager was rude and over bearing. They should let you know there could be a charge if not covered by warranty. Not hit you with a bill and hold vehicle hostage . Won't go there again or recommend it .

  Oh my from a ex employed go to big rock dodge i Hinton good deals friendly staff better service manager that can speak for his staff and not blame everybody for doing bad job and head manager will not threat you like a LIAR oh my head over to big rock dodge in Hinton they will not leave you stranded and tell you WELL YOU DID NOT BUY FROM US Hey Wendy.....

  Took my truck in to get heater core fixed they fixed it while charging me 300 more then other places I called and also broke my back up camera somehow when they shouldn't even be near it or the wires. Left my truck a disaster inside and when I told them about it they just said well take it back to sask to get it fixed. Great service. This isn't the first time I have gone there and had exceptionally poor service either.

  I received great service when purchasing my new 2017 Ram 1500, Cody McKeand was great to deal with on every level, very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. Took the time to go over all the options that come with the new vehicle as well as available options. Kristina Lussoso in finance was awesome when it came to going over and explaining all the paper work, warranties and the financing. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Edson Chrysler Dodge, and my fist new vehicle, I will definitely buy my next new vehicle there. Thanks for the awesome service!!!
