  Staff here are certainly working hard but my overall experience was stil very poor. The work was delayed, which is understandable, but they didn't make contact with me to let me know, advise on the delay, offer any options etc. When I went up to pay the staff person at the cash was very unfriendly, did not provide me with a bill or breakdown of costs, just a total of 196 dollars for a seasonal tire switch over. I asked for a bill and said that I was unhappy about the delay and the lack of any phone call, and the staff member got very upset and rude. I kept my tone level and did not raise my voice or use unpleasant language but he did not return the favour. I'm not used to being spoken to like to that while handing over my money. I won't be back to Fountain Tire.

  While on our family vacation we found ourselves in need of two tires for our trailer. The staff at fountain tire were friendly, efficient and got us on the road as fast as they could! We greatly appreciated the excellent service they provided us!

  I took my tires home after a few days & took stock.Well I was short 4 of 8 tires for my disc, short 2-425 x22.5" steering tires & 4-11:00 X 24.5". When I asked the owner about the shortages his response was that I had "probably picked them up earlier". I said NOT & he said he would look into it. A week later "we" went thru his records & he couldn't show that they had been accounted for. After a couple weeks trying to get my shortage resolved with him, & getting nowhere, I was just basically told to get stuffed. HE IS A THIEF!

  As the owner of a small oilfield trucking company in the Edson area for over 30 years, 8 tankers & trailers, 2 bed trucks & trailers, at least 2 pickups, various utility trailers plus farm equipment, the previous 2 owners of this store were EXCELLENT & had my business & took care of my needs. I always purchased my tires before company year end in lots of 20 -40 & the store was happy to keep them stored there to make it convenient when my equipment rolled in & in need of tires. All was fine until I built storage for my tires at my farm. I told the present owner that I would relieve him of the duty of storing my tires & was told to drop off a trailer & his boys would transfer my tires to the trailer when they weren't busy. Right on!

  My boat trailer wheel bearing went and it ruined the axle making it a bigger job. Johnny and Doug did a great job and went above the call of duty to help me and get my boat rolling and home for me. Very happy with their customer service. I recommend them to anyone needing mechanical help.
