  They were vary helpfully and kind and they were fast to give me an approval. The customer service representative didn't try to sell me tires I didn't won't i told him what I needed and wonted and only showed me tires that had relevance!

  Excellent service! I experienced a tire failure close to Edson while driving my BMW from Edmonton to B.C. on holiday. Since BMW does not equip their cars with spare tires, I needed a replacement. None to be found in Edson (Trevor called the other tire shops to confirm). A new tire was shipped from the warehouse in Edmonton and 4 hours later I was on my way. Trevor even lent my family his personal car so we could go for lunch!

  Customer service was excellent. Brought my vehicle in with a leaky tire, turned out there was a chunk out if the tire. The employee at Kal-tire called me, told me the issue, and had already found a used one if the exact same brand and size for a 1/3 of the price.

  This is one of our best assets in Edson. I’ve been a Kal Tire customer for over 20 years, and these guys are in the top of the field. My hat goes off to these guys and the workmanship they do.
