  I have shopped many times and each time has been very good. Staff is very informed, very helpful. I have just bought paint. The sales lady was well informed and very helpful. Congtrats Canadian Tire..a great store. (And I really like the paint)!!!!

  Edson Canadian tire give great service all the time. They are very friendly and helpful staff have given us best service we have ever experienced. We would recommend this store at all times.

  The parts department has been nothing but frustrating. On 3 separate occasions I have gone in there to try and order both parts or tires. It was with sheer laziness that the staff gave up after only 30 seconds of searching for the products. When I went to order tires, they insisted the tires I was looking for weren't available in the size I needed, even though I had looked them up online prior to going in. He said there was no such size and there was nothing he could do to help me. I went to the tire store across the street and gladly gave them my money because they ordered the tires, no hassle. I also went in to get a battery for an ATV. After waiting what seemed like 10 years for someone to help me, I was told they don't carry ATV batteries. That was it, nothing they could do to help me. I was furious. They have every other type of battery in there, so it seemed strange to me. I drove to Wal-Mart and bought one there instead, no wait, no hassle, it was simple. I should've just gone there to begin with I guess. Today, I called to order a pair of Rancho quick lift struts. I looked up all the part numbers online and had them ready to go so she could just look them up quick. The lady looked for 20 seconds and said there is no such product available anymore. I told her I saw them online and she insisted Canadian tire DOESN'T carry these anymore and there was nothing she could do to help me.... AGAIN. That was it, "discontinued," and she was sticking to that. I called Hinton for a second opinion and within 2 minutes the lady had them ordered for me. SOOOO sick of getting no help here. I don't think I'll be going back to the parts department ever again. It's pretty sad when you have to drive all the way to the Hinton Canadian Tire because Edson's staff can't do their job. It's really too bad because they are losing out on a lot of money. If it's happening to me, how many others is it happening too? I'm done wasting my time with these people.
