  First time in Edson and I'm glad I stayed at the Ramada Edson. I've stayed at other Ramada locations and they're all quite similar... in a good way! The service was friendly and the rooms clean. Breakfast is served (and included) from 5am-10am which includes a variety of cereals, oatmeal, bread (toast), spreads, hard-boiled eggs, tater tots, sausages, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & juices. There's a small gym with a bench, universal machine, treadmill and elliptical as well. It's close to a variety of restaurants too! Boston Pizza, A&W & Original Joe's are within walking distance as is a grocery and liquor store.

  Hotel is okay. Under staffed and the 6 am housekeeping is a little much. Pet friendly rooms only have queen beds which is beyond me, very much a just pay your bill have your sleep and move on kinda place. You can do better Ramada!

  Not a great experience by a long shot. First of all, as a hotel, having people coming in and out with luggage frequently, the fact that they don't have automatic doors at the front entrance seems ridiculous, and I can't think of another hotel I've ever stayed at like this. Second the " workout facility " is a joke, and the treadmill was broken and unplugged for 3+ days. The most irritating part was being given key cards 3 different times upon arrival that didn't work, until finally after the front desk attendant decided to come up and let me in. Then the same thing happened on the third night, and after the second attempt, and returning to the front desk, a different attendant made a comment how this door has been having issues. What a waste of my time, especially after working all day, and just wanting to get in to shower and eat. The hotel was half empty, at least. So why they even put someone in here knowing this is an issue is beyond me. Needles to say I cancelled my room there and moved across the street to the Holiday Inn.

  Value-wise this place cant be beat. Full-sized fixtures (tub & toilet), comfortable bed, furniture and a functional tv that doesn't require fumbling with 7 different remotes to operate. At only $100 per night it's a steal. Very convenient over-sized vehicle parking also.

  Good clean hotel with friendly staff. The only thing i noticed is that the breakfast is same thing every morning. Boiled eggs, staters and sausage. Would be nice to change it around. I would have given a 5 star.
