  I have been shopping here for over a decade now and I have always had great customer service. They are willing to deal and have always been accommodating.

  I called asking for them to find some parts for my system. It has been over a week and I haven't received a call back. Either to tell me they do or do not have it. Small mom and pop shops need to be competitive or at least offer good customer service to stay as an option in the public eye. At least Canadian tire called me back to let me know they don't have it and where to possibly buy it. I guess if I am not dropping a grand I am not worth anything to this company.

  Not to invalidate others views but if one needs a part so badly, one would think they would follow up with a request for progress before putting a small mom and pop store with minimal employees on blast. Some peoples kids eh.
