    Horrible experience! We booked our cruise in May and our flights sometime in the summer, we refused to book our hotels through her since we have had nothing but problems. First, the cruise booking was incorrect as she forgot to add passengers. Then she charged us for some one elses flights and it took numerous phone calls, emails and personal visits (approx 3-4 weeks worth) before we actually got our money back. She had a ton of excuses though as to why she had not done it yet. We did not want the hassle so we booked our hotels from someplace else. Fast forward to 3 weeks before the cruise and the cruise line is telling us that we don't have a reservation for 2 of the party members and now we cannot get a hold of her to fix this issue ( and they are definitely paid for so wth?) Please take your money else where! Its nothing but one issue after another with no response/communication whatsoever!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

    Would not recommend to anyone. Very untrustworthy and horrible customer service and communication skills. We booked a trip with Dawn and cancelled well before the cancellation deadline. We were told we would get the money back within a week and ended up waiting ~6 months for our refund, months after the trip was even scheduled for. She claimed she was waiting for our refund from the airlines, we contacted the airlines directly and they said she had never even booked us in the first place. She was near impossible to contact and would only communicate with us semiregularly regularly via email even though I repeatedly asked her to call me on the phone so we could speak directly. I firmly believe the only reason we actually got our money back was because I left her messages on a weekly basis for months and threatened to pursue legal action. There were many many complaints from other members of the party who did go on the trip as well.

    Had a meeting with Dawn on March 16, 2017 in regards to planning a destination wedding. She sent over a couple of options on March 20th, however I priced them out through WestJet instead of Air Canada and they were $200 less per person, per week. Mentioned this to her and got absolutely no feedback about looking through a different company. After a couple of emails she finally emailed back on April 4th with "just wondering if my associate got in touch with you while I was away." No, no she did not and Dawn had been home from vacation for a week before she made any effort to contact us. We requested a date change from December to January on April 4th. She sent me 4 options on April 6th and on the morning of April 7th we replied with the one we were interested in booking. Before we could confirm, we needed to make sure that this would be available for our Eastern travellers as well. I also asked about this on April 7th. She replied on April 10th saying she would check with Air Canada as I checked with Sunwing and it was not available even close to the dates she wanted to book us. Fast forward to now and I've tried to follow up with her via email 4 times and have received no response. Pretty solid waste of a month of my time. I understand that people get busy but for someone who was on her cell phone for a fair amount time while we met with her, it's a matter of not caring. I would not suggest using Dawn at all as her follow up is non-existent and really results in a waste of very valuable time. We are now a month and a half behind on our planning.
